The single-ply casing construction with two or three overlapping 110 TPI fabric layers offers high puncture protection at a moderate weight. A ProTection insert for additional cut protection in the sidewalls as well as Apex reinforcements for more stability and punch protection round off the safety package.

The Black Chili Soft Compound clearly focuses on grip, but has a lower rolling resistance than the SuperSoft Compounds of the downhill casings.
