Can I go to a different workshop for an inspection?
That is of course also possible. But if something comes up that affects the guarantee, you need to have it processed by us or our partner workshops.
I have purchased a used ROSE bike from someone else. Does the Crash Replacement Service also apply to me?
The Crash Replacement Service only applies to the first owner and is not transferrable. But you are welcome to get in touch with us and we will try to help you.
