SHIMANO DEORE XT SL-M8200-IR RAPIDFIRE PLUS Shifter 12-Speed I-Spec EV

Quick line changes, technical sections and steep climbs are no problem for the SHIMANO DEORE XT SL-M8200-IR RAPIDFIRE PLUS shift lever.
The redesigned lever ergonomics, featuring a shorter lever travel, an optimised lever angle and a precise shifting feel, ensure comfortable and intuitive operation.

Thanks to RAPIDFIRE PLUS, INSTANT RELEASE, 2-WAY RELEASE and MULTI RELEASE, gear changes are particularly quick and precise. The main lever can be used to change up to three gears at once, whilst the release lever can be operated either by pressing it with the thumb or by pulling it with the index finger.

The I-SPEC EV mount allows for direct integration with compatible SHIMANO brake levers and helps to keep the cockpit tidy with neat cable routing. A replaceable grip pad on the main lever provides even better grip and reduces the risk of slipping in wet conditions or on challenging terrain.
