The Shimano SM-SH51 cleats allow you to clip out by twisting your heel out to the side. Suitable for Shimano SPD/Shimano Click´R or similar pedals (Xtreme, Ritchey etc.). Also suitable for use on indoor trainers.

Sicherer Ein-und Ausstieg (XTR Pedale). Leider haben die Cleats nach ~ 1000km MTB-Einsatz (Marathon, Cross-Country), das knirschen angefangen. Deshalb der eine Punkt Abzug. Dennoch sind die Originalcleats die Besten für SPD Pedale.
