ERGON GP1 Evo TS BioKork Single Twistshift Grips for Twist Shifters

In the Evo update of the GP1 TS BioKork for hub gears, the function, material and workmanship of the grip have been further optimised. The Single Twistshift grips are optimised for right-hand twist shifters and help you to maintain an ergonomically correct hand position. The handles are especially comfortable due to the wide, pressure-reducing hand rest, which allows for various grip zones. Organic transitions of the modified grip areas and the precisely fitting connection to the right-hand twist shifter ensure a pleasant grip feeling. Complaints such as numb fingers or aching wrists and forearms are a thing of the past.

Ergonomics in especially sustainable form characterise the Ergon GP1 Evo TS BioKork grip. In addition to the pleasant feel and high comfort of the wing grip, Ergon's revised grip concept impresses with sustainable materials to bring together ergonomics, performance and ecology. In addition to the natural material cork in the handle body, the grips are 20 percent grass fibres that replace the plastic in the inner support. The grips thus have very good damping properties and are quite light due to their low density.

The material mix of cork, plastic and satin-finished aluminium ensures a modern grip look on a typical bicycle handlebar. Cork has natural antibacterial and anti-allergic properties and is therefore particularly skin-friendly. The cold-forged aluminium clamping rings fix the grips to the handlebar ends without twisting. Here, the screw clamp is fully integrated on the outside of the handle, increasing the contact surface without disturbing contact points. You will benefit from the ergonomic design of the GP1 Evo BioKork not only on occasional rides in the city, but also on your daily commute or extended bike tours.

Ergon pursues the intention of the name GP (Grip Performance Comfort) by focusing on ergonomic comfort with excellent grip feeling. The special ergonomics of the Evo grips support your correct hand position, as long as the handlebars are not classic designs for Dutch bikes or English shapes that are bent sharply backwards for cruising. These classic and comfortable grips for touring and fitness riders have been the global standard for wing grips for more than a decade and achieved many distinctions in tests. Development and production of the ergonomic BioKork grips takes place in Germany, to ensure the best quality down to the smallest detail, such as shorter transportation paths.
