The YARNIT 4004K is a lightweight and modern lock from ABUS with a stylish textile look. On the outside, the YARNIT consists of textile fibres interwoven with a steel cable and encasing the hardened metal chain at its core. The combination of different materials enables a significant reduction in weight while maintaining a high level of safety. Compared to conventional ABUS chain locks of the same security level, it is several hundred grams lighter.
The YARNIT textile lock is not only lightweight, but also easy to handle. Thanks to the keyless locking system, you can connect your bike quickly and easily. Thanks to its clever design, it is also very flexible and can be wrapped tightly around frame parts. Tip:
The length of 85 cm is usually sufficient to secure the frame (including the rear wheel if necessary) to fixed objects such as street lamps. Variants of around 110 cm are often more practical, as they offer a little more room to manoeuvre and are easier to handle when travelling. At 140 cm, you can also use larger objects or connect two to three bikes together.
