The INMOULD construction combines recycled, shock-absorbing EPS hard foam and a polycarbonate outer shell. The result? High impact resistance with minimum weight. With the 3D-IAS system, the helmet can be quickly and precisely adjusted to the shape of the head – in height and width. So it always sits firmly without pinching. An integrated, large visor protects against sun, rain and wind. The straps with Y-distributor fit comfortably and offer infinite adjustment for a good fit, while the MONOMATIC fastener allows easy handling. Thanks to 25 vents, the bike helmet always remains well air-conditioned, while the integrated fly screen keeps pests out. Highlights & Technologies:

INMOULD:
In this construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single operation during the foaming process. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This production process also makes it possible to shape significantly better vents. Inmould helmets are therefore lighter than traditional helmets and have significantly better ventilation systems.

3D IAS:
A height- and width-adjustable half ring allows you to individually adapt the helmet to your head size. The system ensures especially precise and almost infinite adjustment. In addition, reflective elements are integrated into the IAS adjustment wheel for improved visibility.

MONOMATIC:
Secure, comfortable fit and easy handling at the touch of a button. The multi-stage, anatomic uvex monomatic comfort fastener can be used with one hand only at the touch of a button. This way, you can precisely adjust the length of the chin strap and ensure a secure fit of the helmet.
