With the SRAM Chain Wear Indicator you can check the chain wear of your SRAM chain quickly and precisely. This protects the chainrings, cassette and drivetrain from unnecessary wear. As soon as the measuring tip of the chain wear indicator sinks completely into the chain link, the chain elongation tolerance limit of 0.8 % has been reached – time to change the chain!
Easy handling: Place the chain wear gauge in the chain, place the chain under tension as shown in the illustration and check the condition – precisely and in a matter of seconds.
