The S.LEISURE functional material is just as close to the body, as it offers comfortable stretch, is breathable and dries quickly. The loose fit of the vest can be comfortably adjusted using the wide AIRO FLEX waist belt. Thanks to the S.CAFÉ technology, odours are also neutralised in a natural way.

Highlights & Technologies:

LITESHIELD FLEX:
The extremely lightweight and flexible construction offers especially high impact protection with high material flexibility. Up to 95% of the impact energy can be absorbed. The protector is made up of geometrically optimised elements and a highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer compound (TPE). The construction of plus and circular elements forms the basis for the ergonomic and comfortable flex of the protector as well as for large-area protection including 3D air circulation. The temperature insensitive protector has been certified in accordance with CE standard EN 1621-2.

BLUESIGN:
Bluesign is the world’s strictest standard for environmental protection, safety at work and consumer protection. All environmentally-relevant production processes are critically examined and permanently optimised in terms of: choice of materials, energy and water consumption, air emissions, water emissions, noise levels, waste and use of chemicals. The bluesign-approved fabric label is applied to products that are 90% made from bluesign certified materials.

S.LEISURE:
This is a quick-drying, stretchy polyester functional fabric with high breathability. Thanks to water- and energy-saving production, it is significantly more environmentally friendly than comparable textiles. The BLUESIGN-certified fabric is recyclable.

AIRO FLEX:
AIRO FLEX is an extremely robust fabric with high breathability and flexibility. It is used for EVOC´s high-quality hip packs to ensure optimal load distribution on the hip as well as maximum ventilation – for highest comfort.

S.CAFÉ:
Coffee grounds are a waste product that is produced from coffee beans during conventional coffee brewing and find a new use here. The S.Café technology mixes processed coffee grounds and recycled polymer before spinning the yarn. The incorporation of coffee grounds changes the properties of the yarn, resulting in improved performance. The micropores in the coffee fibre ensure UV reflection and odour control while promoting breathability and quick drying.
