The gravel-specific Force eTap AXS XPLR 1x12 is suitable for long, demanding tours and challenging gravel tracks: it is precise, quiet and safe. Thanks to AXS technology, you can easily adapt SRAM's modern road classic to your gravel needs. With its own app, the system allows for a variety of customisations as well as a thorough analysis of the performance data of your bike. This gravel bike is equipped with a single-speed drive system consisting of an 10-44 cassette and a 40 chainring. So you have 1x12 gears at your disposal – ideal for getting in the flow while off-roading or riding local trails.
Lightweight performance meets aerodynamics and comfort
The ROSE GC FORTY Disc Carbon Gravel wheels have a 24 mm inner width and 37 mm rim height and are made for high speed off-road. The high-quality carbon wheelset with a weight of only 1500 g is aerodynamic and comfortable at the same time – without compromising on stiffness. With a width of 44 mm, the off-road WTB tyres provide massive grip thanks to their large lugs, making them also suitable for speed on rough surfaces.
Gravel handlebars for off-road rides
This gravel handlebar offers control, comfort and space. With a drop flare of 24°, it provides a lot of space between the drops and also a lot of control and good handling when the going gets tough off-road. The flattened top tube offers a comfortable place to rest your hands. The ergonomic bend also ensures an outstanding grip feeling.
The BACKROAD FORCE eTap AXS XPLR 1x12 LIMITED is designed for epic adventure rides or quick laps off the tarmac. This gravel bike is equipped with the gravel-specific FORCE eTap AXS XPLR shifting group as well as a single-speed drivetrain, lightweight, aerodynamic and comfortable ROSE GC FORTY DISC gravel carbon wheels, WTB gravel tyres and high-quality, off-road gravel handlebars. That’s ideal for getting in the flow while off-roading or riding local trails.

Flex is fun – massive comfort in the saddle and a gravity-specific frame fork geometry offers perfect handling on road, gravel and technical terrain. Only a dry throat can stop you.

The frame and fork now allow for a tyre width of up to 47 mm with 700c and up to 50 mm with 650b wheels. Perfectly adapted protectors at the down tube and chainstays offer protection from stone chips when things get rough.

Mit großer Spannung hab ich auf das Rad gewartet und es hat sich gelohnt.
Ein absolutes Top bike was Riesen Spaß macht.
Der Transport war soweit auch in Ordnung doch ich hatte in beiden Laufrädern einen 8er das bei dem Preis nicht sein darf.
Der Rose Laden München hat hier aber völlig unkompliziert die Mängel behoben.
Service bei RoseBike ist echt topp.
Für die Zukunft sollten die Laufräder vllt extra gepolstert werden.

Liebes Roseteam,
gestern durfte ich von einem sehr netten DHL Fahrer mein Backroad limited unbeschadet und sehr gut verpackt in Empfang nehmen .Ich bin völlig begeistert nach der ersten Proberunde .Die Schaltung perfekt eingestellt .Die Force eTap xplr schaltet perfekt und bringt mich sehr gut die Berge hoch.Alles super. Gott sei Dank habe ich vor Bestellung wegen der Größe nochmal nachgefragt .RH 53 ist perfekt für mich,weiblich, bei 170 cm und 82 cm Schrittlänge. Ich mußte allerdings die Sattelstütze kürzen lassen. Jetzt passt alles.
Ich hatte wegen einigen schlechten Bewertungen was den Versand und die Verpackung angehen erst Bedenken,aber in meinem Fall kann ich nur positives berichten.

Mit dem Rahmen und der Schaltung absolut zufrieden. Allerdings sind die Mäntel und die Schläuche in Erstausstatterqualität und dem entsprechend haben diese Höhenspiel. Sehr schade bei diesem Preis!

Das Rad ist top. Versand findet jedoch (im Gegensatz zu Canyon) ohne jegliche Polsterung statt. Mein Rad kam beschädigt und nach der Reparatur kam es erneut mit neuer Beschädigung. Kundendienst ist weder an einer Prozessverbesserung, noch am Kunden interessiert. Einmal Rose nie mehr Rose! Nicht zu empfehlen, es sei denn man holt sich das Bike selbst ab.

Das Bike macht nen guten Eindruck, allerdings konnte ich das Bike noch nicht testen, da es schon mit gebrochenem Lenker bei mir ankam.
Mit dem Service bin ich sehr zufrieden!

J'adore ce vélo, la couleur est fantastique et l’équipement est au top. Le cadre possède tous les points d'emport nécessaire pour le bikepacking. Il est très bien protégé : sous le tube diagonal, au niveau de la ligne de chaîne, et même sous l’étrier de frein arrière pour éviter que le vienne taper sur le hauban lorsqu’on monte la roue arrière. C'est bien la première fois que je vois ça.
Il est rapide et plutôt confortable, l’arrière est efficace et ne se fait pas sentir. L’ensemble tube de selle, tige de selle filtre bien les imperfections.
Si je devais trouver un reproche c’est au niveau du feeling du train avant dans les chemins, c’est très direct et il faut s’y habituer. Sur la route je n’ai pas noté de problème avec cette sensation. C’est peut-être dû au cintre en 42cm de large, un cintre plus large permettrait d’avoir une meilleure sensation je pense.

Das Rad ist an und für sich wirklich klasse. Wohl eins der besten Räder was ich wohl je gefahren bin,Aber eine Sache mussich echt bemenkeln.. Wie kann es sein das die Kurbel nicht richtig angezogen worden ist? Nach gut etwa 60km bemerkte ich es das die das Kurbel locker war. Das ist irgendwie nen Unding.

Über das Rad kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, aber dass ich zuerst zu einem örtlichen Radladen muss um die Schaltung einstellen und das Schaltauge ausrichten lassen muss, finde ich nicht akzeptabel. Hierbei geht es mir noch am wenigsten um die Kosten. Bei einem Rad in dieser Preisklasse darf das einfach nicht sein. Meine Beschwerde über den Bot wurde gar nicht erst beantwortet. Echt schade, aber das war sicherlich mein letztes Rad von Rose.
